To secure your child/ren’s place on the course please contact Judith on: 07590 211 545

Details of the courses:

Our summer courses are for children ages 7-11. Each course has just 6 places and is spread over 2 days, running from 10-2 each day.  There will be two leaders for each course.  It is being held at the Home Mead Nature Reserve in Englands Lane, Loughton, with the drop off and pick up address just around the corner.

Cost:

£60 per child for the 2 day course (8 hours)

Safety:

At Wild Child Forest School we are very used to writing robust risk assessments to ensure that we make every activity well thought through to minimise the risks as far as we can.  In particular we are being very careful with following all the guidance to minimise covid 19 risks.  As well as being outside and having a lot of space we will ensure that regular hand washing takes place.

What will my child do?

Since the groups are very small we will be able to devote a lot of time and attention to each child.  The children will be given a choice about what they would like to do and the leaders will support them in this. We will have on offer a large variety of activities which include the following:

  • Stick Whittling
  • Wild Art
  • Rope Swings
  • Hammocks
  • Learning about Nature
  • Camp fires
  • Games
  • Den Building
  • Team Work
